Renae speaks to Duncan Palmer in London, MD of The Beaumont Hotel in London’s Mayfair where he has just overseen a huge renovation of The Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair, London as the hotel’s Managing Director.

The Beaumont Hotel was once Selfridge’s car park, and was converted into a five star, luxury hotel by British Celebrity restaurateurs Chris Corbin and Jeremy King some six years ago. Duncan Palmer is a change maker in the luxury, global, five star hotel industry.

He has worked in some of the world’s most luxurious hotels and for some of the industry’s biggest brands including 12 years with The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, as well as working at The Murray Hotel Hong Kong, with The Langham Hotel Group, The Savoy and The Connaught.
