Jannes Soerensen talks about the future of luxury travel and the notion that the industry and people in it need more connection.
Jannes was the youngest GM in the UK when he as at the helm of the prestigious Beaumont Hotel in London. His career history includes working for some of the world’s most prestigious hotels including The Four Seasons George V Paris, London’s Connaught Hotel, Le Bristol Paris and The Plaza in New York.
Here he speaks to Renae from France with some fascinating insights about the new definition of luxury, where the industry’s direction should go and the importance of focusing on people not buildings to create a better more sustainable future.
