This is the bomb, seriously. The easiest and healthiest dessert recipe you will ever make – and the kids will love it.
Ingredients – 1 avocado per serve, vanilla, cocoa powder (sugar free), coconut cream.
Simply cut the avocados in half and scoop out all of the green flesh, and put into a food processor with the other ingredients. Process for 10-20 seconds, depending on how thick or thin you want the mousse.
(If you like it super sweet, add 1/4 cup melted chocolate buttons and mix again for 10 seconds) OR you can add a splash of black coffee if you want to keep it tasty and grown-up.
Scoop the mousse into serving dishes and pop in the fridge for a good hour or so.
Served with raspberries and whipped fresh cream, this is a super low sugar and very healthy treat.
