Previously only available online as drops and a shampoo, I discovered it when a friend in her 60’s started to lose a lot of hair and after 6 months use, her hair looked thicker and stronger than it ever had. - For Soft, Dewy Skin Every Day: Lancome Absolue Soft Face Cream With Rich Rose Extracts: This luxe face cream for all skin types is infused with grand rose extracts, and glides onto the skin with a subtle fresh rose fragrance, and absorbs in quickly, making it a great base for makeup. I find it gorgeous in summer on hot days and nights as it feels cooling and calming, and I saw results after 3 weeks daily use. I love the glam gold packaging, and pastel pink colour of the cream, plus the packaging is refillable – so I am hooked. 60ml $455.00
- Brilliant before a special night out: Filorga Meso-Mask: this instantly hydrating mask is like a moisture surge for the skin. Rich in collagen and elastin, you apply it in a thick later to the skin, it applies clear, and leave on for 15- 20 minutes. It feels a little tingly upon application, and settles in to feel thick and super moist on the skin. I find this gives my skin a gorgeous finish before a special event.
- To Smooth Fine Lines: Rodan and Fields RF Serum: Rodan and Fields is a super cult brand in many parts of the world, and for good reason. Their products are highly effective. The new Total RF Serum was five years in the making, and plumps the skin by energising the skin’s surface cells. It is their best yet for anti-ageing, smoothing fine lines and giving the skin’s surface a softer appearance in just a few uses morning and night. - For an overall boost to your skin: Skinceuticals Oil Free Photo Corrective Gel is a highly effective medical grade product (and skincare brand) for ageing skin. I regularly use their products as part of my skincare routine. The products are science backed and high potency, which means you don’t need much.If my skin really needs a boost, I bring in this brand for a soolid 3 months to correct any issues. The oil free photo corrective gel is what I am using right now and is great for oily (or dry) skin and uses hyaluronic acid to reduces redness and soften and brightens skin. RRP: $100.00
- For A Salon Standard Beauty Treatment At Home: Glo Skin Beauty Retinol +C Smoothing Peel Kit RRP$115 This is the ultimate professional standard at home face treatment, for dark spots, fine lines and even acne, and it comes in a neat little pink box ready for action. It is a full service single use facial peel kit – no appointment necessary, to produce radiant, flawless skin. There is an easy to follow instruction manual, and it takes around 30 minutes and involves cleansing several times, a barrier creme, brushing on a mask and some chilling. Really worth the effort and the price. The day after my skin glowed, and felt fantastic.
- For longer & thicker lashes: CanGro Lash Serum RRP$89.00: Whose lashes didn’t get a beating over the lockdown when a visit to the lash salon was impossible? For me the results of years of lash extensions were dissapointingly revealed as my lashes were rduced to small stumps. This serum from Cangro saved me and had my lashes back to a reasonable length and thickness within about 10 weeks. Definitely worth the effort.
