The new Aman Mai Lert Bangkok is an oasis of calm.
In a city defined by contrasts, where ancient temples nestle beside cutting-edge skyscrapers, the newly opened Aman Nai Lert Bangkok stands in quiet defiance of the noise.
Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, the revered architect behind some of the world’s most iconic luxury hotels, the property is a study in graceful minimalism and timeless Thai elegance. Gathy has masterfully blended Aman’s signature understatement with nuanced references to Thai heritage—silken textures, native woods, and verdant outlooks—creating a sanctuary that feels at once modern and deeply rooted in place.
Opened just two months ago, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok is nestled in the city’s lush Nai Lert Park, a rare green oasis sprawling across seven acres in the heart of the Thai capital.
This is Aman’s first urban property in Thailand, and one of its most ambitious to date. The building rises with subtlety rather than spectacle—more a quiet whisper than a shout—emphasising serenity, space, and the natural world, a rare luxury in Bangkok.

At the helm is the trailblazing Ted Tucker, an leading figure in the world of luxury hospitality. With an illustrious career that has spanned some of Thailand’s most prestigious hotels, including Capella Bangkok and The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui, Tucker brings deep regional knowledge and a refined vision to Aman Nai Lert. His leadership has ensured a guest experience marked by gracious service, cultural authenticity, and unparalleled privacy.
The hotel comprises just 52 expansive suites, each starting at a generous 94 square metres. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in soft daylight and views of century-old trees in the surrounding park. Inside, interiors are dressed in warm timber, smooth stone, and tactile fabrics, creating cocoon-like spaces that reflect the surrounding natural beauty.

At the apex sits the Aman Suite, a sweeping, multi-bedroom residence that occupies an entire floor and includes a private cinema and its own dedicated spa. At a nightly rate of US$20,000, this suite offers one of the most exclusive stays in Southeast Asia.
One of the most impressive achievements within the property is the 1,500-square-metre, three-level wellness centre—a quiet cathedral to health, rejuvenation, and stillness. Spread across this serene space are multiple treatment rooms, hydrotherapy areas with saunas, hot tubs, experiential showers and ice buckets, a 265-square-metre Technogym-equipped fitness centre, and a 25-metre infinity pool that appears to float above the trees. A private Banya Spa House adds a rare and personal touch.

Also housed within the centre is a medical wellness offering by Hertitude Clinic, specialising in cutting-edge therapies like IV infusions, cryotherapy and biohacking treatments.
Guests are invited to explore both traditional and modern paths to wellness, with signature rituals that draw on centuries-old Thai traditions.
A standout is the Royal Thai Massage journey, a carefully choreographed blend of heated herbal compresses, massage and hydrotherapy that leaves guests physically transformed and mentally renewed.
Dining is equally elevated. With six food and beverage venues, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok offers a culinary journey as diverse as it is refined. Arva, the signature Italian restaurant, channels the heart of a Tuscan farmhouse with seasonal ingredients and sweeping views of the Bangkok skyline. Hiori provides an immersive teppanyaki experience, while Sesui’s omakase menu changes daily in accordance with the market’s freshest finds.

The 1872 Bar—named after the birth year of Thai businessman and landowner Nai Lert—serves rare whiskies and tea-infused cocktails in a space rich with historical artefacts. For those desiring intimacy and discretion, a cigar lounge and members-only Aman Lounge offer refined escapes within the city’s pulse.
Beyond its facilities and aesthetics, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok represents something greater—a seamless fusion of cultural reverence and contemporary luxury.

Built on land still owned by the Nai Lert family, the hotel respects the spiritual and historical significance of the site, preserving ancient trees and honouring its legacy through subtle architectural cues and curated cultural experiences.
Ted Tucker’s steady hand has ensured that Aman’s signature ethos—discreet luxury, immersive calm, and cultural connection—has been delicately and confidently woven through every moment of the guest experience. In a city known for its energy and excitement, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok offers something utterly different: an invitation to slow down, to find stillness, and to reconnect—with oneself, with nature, and with the quiet magic of Thai culture.
