Five Of The Best Beauty Products For Your Beach Holiday

These are the 5 best beauty products for your beach holiday to ensure an easy, safe and satisfying tan.

Whether you are at the beach down the road, in Queensland or in Asia celebrating summer on a beach holiday, having the right products to ensure a great tan is important.

I am a big believer in self tan, a lot of sunscreen and celebrating your skin in summer. Too many studies to mention have found any type of tan damages the skin and causes ageing, so these products provide the simple solution.

A strong sunscreen is the single most important product. Hawaiian Tropics have this non-greasy 50 + sport version which stays on when playing sport and after swimming. It has no fragrance, is lightweight and goes on easily.

A good self tan on a beach holiday is next, and I am loving this face tan from Orro + Co, Amalfi Glow Drops. The hyaluronic drops simply go into your regular face (or body) moisturiser and gradually tans the skin. I use the drops once a day for 3 days then give it a rest for a few days and start again.

The natural glow the drops give me means I don’t have to wear make-up either. Bonus. Plus it is cruelty free and vegan.

This foaming tan from Golden Bodi is the right colour and consistency for me. It is super easy to use, and looks so natural. I get a week out of one application, and it does not come off on sheets. Subtle fragrance.

A gorgeous fragrance on a beach holiday is important to me and Estee Lauder’s Bronze Goddess has been around forever but is perfect at the beach.

And for a bit of glamour Hawaiian Tropic’s glitter highlighter sprays on and cools the skin and gives skin a glitter look. A lot of fun by day and by night.
